A major problem for Forex traders is finding the systems from the huge number of on offer that are going to deliver them profitable trading results. Many systems that are created will actually end up losing the trader money rather than generating them the profits that they had hoped for.

Forex Crescendo uses a grid based trading strategy. This is a system used to determine when the system will enter and exit the market for its trades. The system monitors the markets at two points during the day and opens trades when the requirements of the strategy are met. Trades taken by the system are opened in the direction of the dominant directional trend of the market. Trades are opened on only two currency pairs, the GBPUSD and the GBPJPY. In trading with the trend the strategy has been able to generate some excellent returns for traders since launch.

Many automatic Forex trading systems use specific profit targets and stop loss levels in order to manage trades opened by the strategy. In the main these are set as a fixed levels which are the same across all trades made by the system.

However the trade management used by Forex Crescendo is somewhat different. Instead of using these levels, the system uses a global setting to determine when to close out of trades. When the global profit target of the strategy is met, the system will issue an order to close all open trading positions. Simliarly when the system wide drawdown level is met, all open trades are also liquidated. This allows trades room to manoeuvre until either of these levels are met.

This unique approach to money management is one that seems to be working well for the Forex Crescendo system. While the approach may be different so to are the results, which have seen the system generate excellent profits so far for traders.
